that 節は of + 名詞に変換するものが多いのですが、そうでないものもあります。
on 〜にするもの
insist on 〜「〜を主張する」
なお、insist は後に続く that節の動詞はアメリカ英語では「原形」になります。
イギリス英語では「 should 原形 」になります。
